Established in 2006, Baja Cantina brings fresh, authentic Mexican flavours to Sydney, guided by our ethos of freshness, authenticity, warm service, and carefully crafted cocktails. What inspired the creation of Baja Cantina was a desire to change the way Sydney experiences Mexican food. Too often, it’s reduced to burritos and nachos, but Mexico’s culinary heritage is far richer, more diverse, and full of vibrant flavours waiting to be discovered.

We are driven to share this depth of Mexican cuisine with our community, celebrating bold tastes, colourful dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.
